Move Abroad Without Guesswork is a personal planning and decision support tool for people considering or executing an international move. It is designed to help you think through and organize your planning — it is not a substitute for legal, immigration, financial, or tax advice.

This tool — including its structure, design, copy, system logic, and all content — is the proprietary intellectual property of A Pitch Black Joint LLC. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use is a violation of applicable intellectual property law.
A one-time payment of €15 unlocks premium content features within the tool. This payment is processed by Stripe. Once unlocked on a device, premium access is stored in that browser's localStorage and persists until the browser data is cleared.
Premium access is for personal use only. We do not offer refunds for digital products once unlocked, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

Data you enter in the tool is stored in your browser's localStorage only. We do not have access to it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the "Backup data" export feature. We are not liable for data loss resulting from clearing browser storage, switching browsers, or device failure.
We aim to keep the tool available but make no guarantees of uptime or availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Pitch Black Joint LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this tool, including but not limited to: decisions made based on tool content, data loss, or failed visa or relocation outcomes.
